PENGARUH DIGITAL DETOX DAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN REMOTE WORKING PADA PT ARTHA MAS SURABAYA

Perkembangan pola kerja jarak jauh mendorong perusahaan untuk menata kembali cara karyawan mengelola teknologi digital, waktu kerja, dan batas antara pekerjaan dengan kehidupan pribadi. Pada konteks remote working, karyawan memperoleh fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat kerja, tetapi pada saat yang sama menghadapi risiko technostress, digital fatigue, komunikasi berlebihan, gangguan notifikasi, serta kaburnya batas jam kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital detox dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas karyawan remote working pada PT Artha Mas Surabaya. Digital detox dipahami sebagai upaya sadar untuk mengatur, membatasi, atau menjeda penggunaan perangkat dan aplikasi digital agar karyawan mampu memulihkan fokus, mengurangi kelelahan digital, dan meningkatkan kualitas perhatian. Work-life balance dipahami sebagai kemampuan karyawan mengelola keseimbangan waktu, keterlibatan, dan kepuasan antara peran kerja dan peran pribadi. Produktivitas karyawan diukur melalui kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, fokus kerja, dan kemampuan menyelesaikan target. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan rancangan survei. Instrumen penelitian disusun menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis ilustratif menunjukkan bahwa digital detox berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, work-life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, serta kedua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa produktivitas remote working tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kualitas pengelolaan teknologi dan keseimbangan hidup kerja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan menyusun kebijakan komunikasi digital yang sehat, jam kerja yang jelas, mekanisme right to disconnect, serta program edukasi digital wellbeing bagi karyawan remote working.
