Copyright and License Statement
1. Copyright
- Author Rights: Authors retain the copyright to their work. By submitting an article to JEMABETSOS, authors agree to grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the content.
- Publishing Rights: Authors grant JEMABETSOS the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and store the article worldwide in all forms and media, including electronic and print formats.
- Author's Reuse: Authors are permitted to use their articles for a wide range of purposes, including in their own teaching, in books they write or edit, and in their own institutional repositories, provided proper acknowledgment of the original publication in JEMABETSOS is given.
2. License
- Creative Commons License: All articles published in JEMABETSOS are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
- Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the source, provide a link to the CC BY 4.0 license, and indicate if any changes were made. The use of the content must not imply endorsement by the authors or JEMABETSOS.
3. Author Warranties
- Originality: Authors warrant that their submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere. If the work or substantial parts of it have been previously published, this must be acknowledged and cited appropriately.
- Permissions: Authors must ensure that they have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party material included in the manuscript, such as figures, tables, or text extracts.
- No Infringement: Authors warrant that the submitted work does not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any other proprietary rights, privacy rights, or any laws and regulations.
4. Changes to Authorship
- Contributions: Any changes to the authorship of a manuscript after submission, including the addition or removal of authors and changes to the order of authors, must be agreed upon by all authors and approved by the editor.
5. Termination
- Revocation: If a published article is found to violate copyright or other applicable laws, JEMABETSOS reserves the right to retract the article and take necessary legal action.
