1. Digital Archiving
- Long-term Preservation: JEMABITEK is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles. To achieve this, the journal employs several digital archiving strategies.
- Institutional Repositories: Articles published in JEMABITEK are deposited in institutional repositories to guarantee long-term preservation and access.
- Third-party Services: The journal collaborates with recognized third-party archiving services such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) to ensure the secure archiving of its content.
- Publisher’s Digital Archive: All articles are stored in the publisher's digital archive, which is regularly backed up to prevent data loss.
2. Open Access Repository
- Public Access: JEMABITEK provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring that all articles are freely available to the public without any restrictions.
- Indexing Databases: Published articles are indexed in major academic databases, enhancing their visibility and accessibility. These databases include, but are not limited to, Google Scholar, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), and CrossRef.
3. Self-Archiving Policy
- Authors’ Rights: Authors are encouraged to deposit a copy of their published articles in their institutional repositories or personal websites. Authors can archive the publisher's version (PDF) of their article without any embargo period.
- License: Articles published in JEMABITEK are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows authors to share and distribute their work freely, provided that proper credit is given to the original publication.
4. Metadata and Indexing
