- Ownership: Authors who publish with JEMABITEK retain the copyright of their work.
- Rights: Authors grant JEMABITEK the right of first publication. Authors also grant JEMABITEK the right to distribute the published work under a Creative Commons Attribution License.
- Reproduction and Distribution: Authors have the right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in JEMABITEK.

Author Warranties
By submitting a manuscript to JEMABITEK, authors warrant that:
- The manuscript is their original work and does not infringe any existing copyright.
- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- All co-authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to JEMABITEK.
- Any conflicts of interest are disclosed.
- Authors agree to the terms of this Copyright and License Statement.
Publisher Rights
- JEMABITEK and its publisher, PT. Putra Jawa Mulya, have the right to make technical edits to the published work to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness, without altering the author's original content.
